"Do it with passion or not at all."
This is one of my favorite quotes and a philosophy by which I live my life. I believe that every task, every adventure, every "droll" moment should be done with a driving passion. My interest for theatre began as a young child and was cultivated into a full-fledged passion during my time spent at Oklahoma Baptist University where I studied performance, lighting design, stagecraft, and directing. My experience at OBU opened up opportunities for design work for our main stage productions, as well as a production internship at Dallas Children's Theatre. I have also had a lifelong passion for Disney, which led me to take part in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World in Orlando. I spent a semester learning and networking within the Walt Disney Company while creating magical moments for guests daily. Another passion of mine that has been with me for many years is working with children. As soon as I was old enough, I began volunteering with kids younger than myself. I spent nine summers volunteering with a Children's Creative Arts Camp. This was one of my favorite experiences, and I could talk for hours about that camp!
I have always been and always will be storyteller, driven by passion. I am excited about the future, as I continue telling stories through design, backstage work, and performance.
